faxing request?

Are you still faxing request? There have been several post about this being phased out due to over kill, what are you going to do this year, just request through cro? What do you think?

I've never faxed a request and never will. I make any requests I may have with CRO and I've been very lucky over the years.

Well, I've faxed my requests many times over the last few years, and always gotten them met. My last trip, and the upcoming one, I haven't faxed as I booked concierge, and you can email them your requests, and my upcoming trip I'm doing the same.

I have never fax'ed a request, I just try to arrive at the resort early and hope for the best....It seems to work have been upgraded several times.

I faxed for our trip in April. I didn't know what would happen, but it might have made a difference. We wanted building #10 and got #9, and I think it was for the better. In my fax I said my boys were big Buzz fans- and we looked right out our window at Buzz, with Woody being right next to us. We asked for upper floor (2 or 3) and got it. I don't know if it was because of our fax, but we were sooo pleased.
