Faxing hotel when I'm already THERE

We are leaving next week for two weeks in Orlando. The first week we are staying at Downtown Disney Village. We will check into the Polynesian on June 6th. We will have left our home 8 days before our check in date. How can we fax the room controller at the Polynesian, or what should we do? We could go and SEE the room controller, but we won't have the ability to fax.

You could ask the front desk at Downtown to fax it for you, since it's a local call they shouldn't charge. Or you could even drop it off at the Poly, that way they have it in writing for the room controller.
