Faxing a Room Request

Hi All

I've stayed at CBR all 6 times that I have gone to WDW. But, I never knew you could fax a room request before you got there (till I subscribed to these boards...THANKS!) My question is how do I find out the number to the CBR Room Request person and how far in advance do you have to fax it. I am planning on my first ever solo trip the end of April - haven't booked it yet, waiting to see what's going on in the world first but if I book it say next week, will I have a chance to get what I want if it's so close?
