DVC has asked members not to bother faxing. They just throw them away.

Ditto. They go into the trash. Instead ? If a DVC Owner? Contact Member Services, by phone or EMAIL. Member Services does a GREAT job, with everything.
If RENTING? Do not contact Member Services - contact the agency you rented from.
