favourite restaurant

whats your favourite restaurant at citywalk?
we've only ever been to Hard Rock Cafe but weren't that impressed with the food. This year we would like to try somewhere different but with so many to choose from we need some help.
Any recommendations for a family with 3 kids from 7 to 17?

Margaritaville!!! The whole family loves it. We especially love sitting on the porch when the weather is nice.

Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy hard Rock Cafe. We've always enjoyed our meals there.

As for which restaurant is our favorite, I agree with dsmom's choice for Margaritaville.

My husband says Latin Quarter also. We have eaten there three times and it has been great every time. We tried NBA City last time and I was not too thrilled with it- and I was really looking forward to it. My husband hated it. We also tried Nascar and I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was very good and the decor was great- and not as loud as I expected it to be.

Margaritaville is #1 choice - Bubba Gumps is 2nd.

looks like Margaritaville is well out in the lead.
I remember going to the one in Key West many years ago and having a good time (without the kids)- so maybe its time to check out the citywalk one now.

Margaritaville is one of our favorite restaurants to go to. We have 3 boys and take them every year, even they have fun!

My guys really enjoyed NBA Cafe, and we also had good food/service at HRC... Sometimes I think it's just luck, LOL, and a good memory that sets one place above another. We were EXTREMELY tired one night, and found oursleves hungry and pooped out in City Walk and ended up getting some food at Pastamore'... for some reason, that food sticks out in my mind as being fantastic, and yet I can't recall why, other than the fact it was decent food while we were exhausted and hungry, and we sat under an umbrella and there was a cool breeze... Funny how something like that sticks with you. Same for NASCAR cafe - food wasn't anything really special, but it was our first night there, they took us in w/ no waiting, and the kids just loved all the races on TV and sitting right under Jeff Gordon's rear end (umm, of his CAR that is, LOL). Of course, getting the APH discounts at those places made DH (aka Mr. Thrifty) happy too...
We do have Margaritaville planned for this trip....

I'd have to say Margaritaville too. I hated Hard Rock. It's not as good as it was when it first opened.

Hi Gopherit- I know what you mean about memories! Our son is pretty severely autistic so we eat a lot of to go food or room service meals. This spring on our first night there we were walking around City Walk and decided to give Margaritaville a try. We sat outside on the porch and the weather was perfect and then a live band started to play. Our son usually has issues with loud noises but he LOVED this place! He did not want to leave! It now has a special place in my heart and we always make a point of eating there now.

We tried a few this year , and must say we enjoyed them all.
Margaritaville- NBA very good-Nascar was good- Bubba Gumps- And had a really good meal in Pastamore.

We liked Margaritaville and Nascar was good too, but my family and I absoluteley loved the food at Pastamore when we were there, so that's my #1.

No doubt about it go to Margaritaville! It has great food, service, and the atmosphere is the best. But, if your kids are into sports more than tropical paradise...then go to NBA City, that was are #2 choice
