I was wondering what are some of your favorite..

Appetizers

Main Entrees

and Desserts...

From the menus on the 7 day...and why??

and then, what are some things you might have tried and probably won't have again...

My favorite entree was the pan-fried veal chop with parmesan crust. It was the only veal dish offered on the cruise, and it was really good. It came with a risotto on the side that was also very good. In fact, we started ordering a risotto for the table each night after that.

I think that the grouper is in Lumiers - its very good and I don't like fish.

Also in Lumiers there are Cream Brule and White Chocolate Covered Domes. Both are very, very good.

Parrot Cay used to have as an appetizer- the Coconut Prawns - but alas, they are no more:(

Lemon Merangue pie at brunch in Palo

Pass on the soft shell crab from the "around the world" menu

There was a Jumbalya somewhere on the ship that was very good.

The made to order omlets for breakfast up in Topsiders - way good and just they way you want them:tongue:

I'm happy to report all my meals were most delicious!

Favorite appetizer - like the previous poster said, coconut shrimp used to be at Parrot Cay -- Oh, how I miss it!

Dessert - Molten Chocolate Lava Cake. My daughter also loved the Creme Brulee.

The buffet food is, well, buffet food.

What was just so-so? Lunch at Cookies Barbecue on CC. Sorry, but to me, it was no better than Topsiders/Beach Blanket Buffet. But who can complain when you're on a tropical island?

Absolute favorite dish ~ Portabello Mushroom Appetizer (Palos)

Mmmm, other great dishes ~ Cold Avocado Soup (used to be at Parrot Cay), Goat Cheese Flatbread (Lumieres), Roasted Duck Breast (Lumiere's), Rack of Lamb (Palos), Chocolate Souffle (Palos).

One more delicious item and with a question! We had a lightly curried Indian Flatbread at Palos brunch and just cannot remember the name of it! Anyone know what its called?

semi formal night, was one of many to "custom" order a surf 7 turf combo plate...

maybe its the kid in me, but the mickey waffles just make me smile and feel happy, buffet or no buffet...

there's a maple grilled salmon somewhere on the ship, I'm fairly sure, that was very well presented...

and everything tastes better the first time you dine in animator's palate as the colors take over...

BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP

I believe this is a Wolfgang Puck recipe that is served on Master Chef dinner night.
