I'm interested to hear also. DBF and I are trying R&C for the first time in December. I was a little nervous as I'm not a very adventurous eater but DBF wanted to try this place, so I figured, why not?

My granddaughter (11) and I ate there in June '07 and loved it! For the appetizer we shared the fruit and cheese plate. We didn't like everything, but we tried everything. We also shared the tea-time chicken and salad with Stritton Ceese and loved it also. My dgd had a coke and I had a beautiful blue something with alcohol. We were stuffed and couldn't eat dessert. The total was under $50. We would go there again.

every time im at wdw i make a point of makin a lunch AR for Rose & Crown so i can have their Ploughmans lunch

the place has gone down hill the last few trips,..bad food undercooked ..staff cannt count change right,,(took 3 times for her to get ir right)how many have they ripped off when in a hurry,,beware of the rose and crown,,,,,

Appetizer...no favorite...I personally did not care for the cheese plate

Entree...Steak & Fish...have had it twice and both times the steak was cooked to perfection and the fish was very good.

Dessert...Sticky Toffee Pudding...the first time I had it, it was wonderful. The second time it was good but the texture was more firm than the first time. The first time it was soft and warm and really great!

Wifes - prime rib.

Neither one on the menu any more, guess we'll eat somewhere else.

We love the fish and chips here with a cold yard. Never had an appy or dessert there. We usually wander over to France for dessert and coffee.

At lunch I loved the Stew and it was really filling.

Sticky Toffee Pudding

and a Harps on draft

We always get a great meal here and it is on our must do list, love that pub grub
