Overrated or not, we're eating there in less than two weeks!!

So, what are your faves at Le Cellier?

The cream cheese mashed potatoes!!! YUM! The creme brulee is good and I love the bread sticks. I would love the cheddar soup if it wasn't spicy. I have a very sensitive mouth so people probably think I'm crazy for saying it's spicy lol.

Oh and I love the chicken they have. I forget the name of it...I susbstitute what is comes with for the mashed potatoes.

Pretzle bread
Cheese soup
Mushroom filet medium well with cream cheese mashed potatoes substituted for the risotto
Maple creame brulee
and a few tall moosehead beers.

Cant wait for sept to get here.

Mmmmmm....the new york strip!!!!!!!!:cloud9: Oh goodness, i'm drooling just thinking about it. Ughh...I need to get off the DIS and go to bed! Major WDW withdrawal!! :upsidedow

It's not overated. Their filet with mushroom risotto and maple creme brulee are soooo good. I may be willing to try different appetizers, but the filet with risotto is nonnegotiable for me. I'll be eating it May 13th, again in Sept, again in Dec, again next May, well you get the picture. It's the one meal that never changes every trip.:rotfl:

I LOVED their mussels for an appetizer (and I don't usually like them all that much) Plus their bread sticks are always good. Can't go wrong with the filet with mashed potatoes either. And for dessert, I like the chocolate mousse (he was cute too)

I love the Cheddar Cheese Soup with the breadsticksh and the Mushroom Filet with the risotto.

cheddar cheese soup, mushroom filet and creme brulee...my favorite meal in all of WDW!!

All my visits to Le Cellier has been with, Cheddar cheese soup, pretzel breadsticks, prime rib and the mashed taters...
Grandkids loved the chicken and our neighbors loved the salmon.....
I can hardly wait for our visit to the House of the Mouse

Pretzel breadsticks, mushroom filet with cream cheese mashed potatoes, and chocolate mouse for dessert! Yum! I wish I was eating it right now. I never had the soup but I think I would like that too.

NY Strip and cheese soup.

Dh and I always got the mussels and mushroom filet with the risotto. I personally love the risotto and skip the cheese soup because it is so easy to make at home.

Cheese soup, and I love ALL the breadsticks! I used to go there only for the maple glazed salmon, but they don't serve it anymore, and I don't like the replacement dish. DH swears by the mushroom filet, DD2 loves the caesar salad, and since the salmon change, I go for lunch and really like the burgers. DD1 also likes the burger with bleu cheese. (Other than that new salmon dish, you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu, great food!)

First time there last week----OMG!!! I don't think its overrated, It was great!! We had 6 of us----I got the mushroom filet--outstanding; DH got salmon he loved it; DS11 got burger- it was inhaled---but really that's no different for any meal with him:rotfl: DS6 got one of the kid's meal,I don't remember which but it was all gone; I had chedder cheese soup as appy it was good; The desserts were equally wonderful. Cream brulee, smores, and sugar free mousse were all eaten which was amazing since we were all stuffed; I'm so glad we finally tried it w/the dining plan; We definatly will return;

Oh I forgot the breadsticks! DSs and I loved the pretzel bread and DH and inlaws loved the multigrain.

Here's another vote for the cheese soup. I love their Strip Steak...and I'm from Kansas City...I know a good steak. :thumbsup2

The kid in me flys right past the adult desserts and goes for the chocolate moose. Adorable, and delish!

Now that I think about it, that might be the perfect meal that I just described.

I love the Filet Mignon with mushroom risotto. We are not going to LeCellier this time:sad2: We've decided to try something new at Epcot. I hope the place we choose is as good as our old favorite.
