What is your favorite WDW commercial? Mine is the one with the middle aged man with the paunch who suddenly stands taller, sucks in his stomach, and gets this love struck look in his eyes when he sees Cinderella. He notices her, she notices him, he keeps looking, she waves...it is the cutest! And then his wife returns with his ice cream cone, makes some funny comment that I can't quite remember, and he deflates. It is so funny! :)

Every single one of them gives me goosebumps and most times I fill up with tears LOL!! I like the one with the little brother trying to tell his baby sister they can go to WDW when she learns to walk and then you see her taking baby steps in the MK towards Mickey!

Also, I like the ones they show in TDS with the guy giving a glass slipper to the girl:) and Walt's parents watching him sleep and saying something about "wonder what he is dreaming about" :D

I just caught the tail end of one where a grandfather is one the telephone with his son, who apparently said"the baby has been born" and the granddad starts dreaming about taking a little boy to WDW showing him the rides, etc. Then the son says "she's beautiful" and he starts dreaming the same stuff about a little girl.

My favorite is when the parents are calling the son and say they are sorry that he can't go and the son is arguing---you think it's a child--- then it shows him and he is a man working at his desk job staring at a picture of Mickey!! I love it because that's the way I feel (35 years old) when my parents go to WDW without me!!!! We all love Disney!!!

is the one with the cute little kid meeting Mickey for the first time and says "I've waited my whole life to meet you!" That's exactly how I felt.

The grandfather one who thinks it's a boy. then finds out it's a girl.

love the shoe one.

But, I love the little girl trying to get her Cinderella dress on, then she goes to see Cindy.

Something about to a four year old girl she is real.

Well guess what? To a 40 year old girl Cindy is real to me, too!!

I just love the "Mom calls him a little souvenier" in the elevator

I love the one w/ the little girl who catches "tinkerbell"...LOVE the music! That one gives me goosebumps and since I've been pregnant, it also makes me cry.

I also think the cruise commercial w/ the "little souveneir" is just too funny!

I also love the Disney Cruise commercial when the child tells everyone on the elevator that mom calls the baby her "little souvenier". Too funny!!!!!:p

hands down, the glass slipper proposal -- "he gave me a shoe!"

 That's my favorite one!

Without a doubt, the "little souvenier" one. It is fun, funny and as close to adult entertainment as Disney will directly go. The knowing smiles on the faces of the other elevator riders is priceless.

The grandfather one is also good because I am now patiently waiting for my grandchildren to get old enough to go.
:smooth:

I also love the middle-aged man who sees Cinderella. I think the wife makes some comment about him being "Prince Charming". But my all time favorite one was several years ago with the couple sitting, playing cards, discussing Mom and Dad's "boring" trip to WDW. Meanwhile the camera keeps cutting to this middle-aged couple having the time of their lives-dancing at Pleasure Island, watching Illuminations, playing golf, etc. When that lady slides down the water slide, she looks like she's having such a good time-I wish it was me! Anyone else remember the ad?

Mine is a Florida resident one that they show around Play 4 time:

A nursery full of newborns.

The nurse on duy is startled by a baby talking. He asks her where he is.

She leans over and says , "Memorial Hospital....in Florida."

All the babies throw up their little fists and yell, "Florida yeah!!!!"

My Ds was born at Memorial Hospital!

I'm not sure I can pick a favorite, but the one with the middle aged couple who's kids can't imagine what their parents are going to do at the World alone is almost in sight for us!!!! Two in college, two in high school. Three more years and we go alone!!!!!!!!!!!!

...is the one in "black-and-white" with the kids in class and the teacher asks them to figure out how old they'd be in the year 2000! Back in 1968, sitting in Mrs. Paxton's 5th grade class, she asked us to figure out how old WE'D be in the year 2000 and I remember thinking, boy, 42 years old -- HOW OLD!!! Yuk, I'm gonna need a cane and a hearing aid by then.....

(wdwpluto - hello, fellow Lodi person!!)

I love the one with the dad that is going on the business trip and the little boy(holding a pooh bear) who after finding out the dad will be alone says "Won't you be lonely" and then it shows the dad in the meetings all and then he is in the hotel rrom and after unpacking his bag its still a lil lumpy and he unzips it and pulls out the lil boy's pooh bear.....it makes me smile!

And I also love the "suvenior" one

My favorite is the spelling bee commercial where the kid starts to spell microphone "m - i - c" and pauses and all of the adults start singing "k - e - y" and start in on the mickey mouse club song!

I have to aggree with the one with the middle aged man with the belly, who suddenly stands taller, sucks in his stomach, and gets this love struck look in his eyes when he sees Cinderella. He notices her, she notices him, she waves...love that one!
I work with a autistic(sp) fellow and when he saw the commercial the next day at work he said to me "He looks like me..huh?"
Now I call him Prince Charming and he always gives me big grin!
And he looks just like him too, belly and all.
Wish I could afford to take him to WDW with me...I know he'd just love it there! Maybe someday, if we dream hard enough, anything is possible. ;)
