Favorite Way to MK

I really enjoy taking the monorail to the MK. In fact, since I'm staying at the Contemporary Resort on this upcoming trip, I'll be able to utilize the monorail as much as I want!!!!

One of the greatest perks of staying there, that's for sure!!!!!!!!!

We nowadays take the monorail because DS3 thinks it is the best "ride" at WDW (besides the bus to the resort!!!). I do however enjoy the more relaxed feeling of taking the ferry.

I prefer the ferryboat, but now that I stay at the BWV most trips, I usually take the bus to the gate, or go thru Epcot, take the monorail to the TTC, and either take the boat or monorail from there...the bus is fastest, so that's what usually wins, unfortunately!

This Aug we may just take the time to ride the big ferry back n forth to the MK from the TTC - the last time we were on that ferry may have been 1996 or earlier

Our past 2 vacations we went to MK by the boat from the WL. Will do so again our first wk of this Aug vacation.
The 2nd wk we're at BCV so as the above poster said - bus is quicker

The first 3x we took our DS to WDW, we stayed at Fort Wilderness. The Launch over was always such a Magical part of our day. NOw taking the Ferry or Launch reminds me of those trips when he was little & how new it all was.

I love the monorail, but have to get a Ferry ride in to relive it now & then.

For those staying at WL, I read here that you will now have a choice of the boat or a bus going directly to MK! WOOHOO! I didn't like being stuck with only one choice at WL. We will probably stay there again now!
