Favorite Vegan Meals and Snacks

Hi everyone! I have been MIA on these boards for awhile because I really just couldn't handle looking at the posts during the first year I wouldn't be going to Disney. HOWEVER, my mom just said she'd like to GO BACK this year before Christmas so I may get to be planning again!

So, I thought I'd ask the vegans out there for their favorite snacks and meals. I have been a vegetarian for 13 years and usually ate vegan whenever it is convenient. Now I have decided to really become a vegan and am looking forward to my first trip to Disney World with this diet!

Please share your input and I will definitely be checking out the great reviews I've seen posted!

I had this great vegan meal at the brown derby. Its a cocoanut tofu curry with noodles. It was very flavorful and delicious.
