Space: 1999. OMG, I loved that theme and use to drive my parent crazy when it came on. I'd blast it!

Masterpiece Theater.

Not really a show but the music they play for the Olympics. Awesome, it gives me goosebumps everytime.

Already mentioned but The Greatest American Hero had great lyrics as did the Jefferson's theme song, Movin On Up.
