One thing to remind you of, if you're on the
DDP, you get one set of credits per NIGHT you are at the resort. If you're staying for 4 days, you're likely staying 3 nights, so you'll have 3 TS credits.
That being said, you didn't give us your itinerary for this trip, will it be 1 day at each park? Are you park hopping? Are you planning on visiting a water park? Do you want resort restaurants, as well, or just theme parks?
As for me, since I've only eaten at 4 TS restaurants, so far, I can't give you a comprehensive list, but I can tell you if I liked them or not on their own merits.
Rose and Crown (Epcot: UK): really good food, just don't order the masala. Fish is wonderful, bangers and mash is excellent. The cheese plate introduced my family to Stilton cheese, which we now buy at market.
Be Our Guest (MK): Food is wonderful, theming is drop dead gorgeous! Portions are HUGE! 5 of us shared 3 dinner plates, and we were stuffed. French onion soup is some of the best I've had. And stop me if you've heard this before, but try the grey stuff, it's delicious!
Mama Melrose's (HS): The entire place, from the decor to the food, reminded me of the song "Scenes From an Italian Restaurant" by Billy Joel. He released the song in 1977, which is probably when Mama Melrose's was built, and when they made the menu. Everything is fine, everything is serviceable. Nothing wowed me, but nothing had me going all Stitch on them. It needs a refresher.
Rainforest Cafe (AK, also at DS): I'll start by saying the decor was great! I'll finish by saying that was the only thing great about that restaurant. Alright, alright, you want to know about the food, I'll tell you. It can give Applebee's a run for its money. That's about all. It's literally food, it fills your stomach. The food is about as inspiring as a cat is inspired by a deck of playing cards.
