Going to Chefs de France for first time next week. Foe those those who have been there, any "Must-haves" on the menu?

Thanks!

The fruit sorbet dessert is soo refreshing and absolutely delicious!

also loved the french onion soup!

My fiance and I ate there this past Valentine's Day. He had the French Onion Soup and the duck, which were both good. I had the escargot, which ok, but a little salty and garlic-y. I had the short ribs, which were ok. So basically, my fiance had all the good stuff, and I had an ok meal! Lol.

Gruyere Macaroni and Cheese is amazing!!! I order it everytime :)

We like lunch here. We order for the table, and then serve ourselves from those selections. In particular we like the Salade Nicoise, and the Charcuterie selection. Some wine, a baguette and it's a nice lunch!

We ate lunch there on Wednesday for the first time and my family loved it. For $20 you had 3 course meal which I had French Onion soup (best ever), a ham & cheese sandwich (my wife had a quiche which she loved) and then a dessert (vanilla creme brulet or pastry with ice cream with chocolate sauce).

My DD(14) had a 1/2 chicken with multi-colored potatoe which was also very good.

We will definitely go back on our next trip.

I ALWAYS have the beef tenderloin, served with scalloped potatoes (so good I asked for the recipe!) and green beans. For dessert, the profiteroles are awesome (french pastry with whipped cream and chocolate). Love it there!

Dessert: profiteroles. Yummo!

also really liked the french onion soup

I had the salmon on Easter. It was great! My DH had the short ribs and he loved it. Also, he had the French Onion and I had the Lobster Bisque. Both great. We also had the creme brulee and the Profiteroles au chocolat which were both excellent.

After reading mixed reviews on the boards, I was a little worried about eating here but I would recommend it after our excellent meal and the wonderful service.

Enjoy!!!
