Favorite Swan/Dolphin restaurant?

We will be staying at the Dolphin, but only eating dinner there one night, and are trying to decide which restaurant to choose. (Shula's Steak House, Il Mulino, Kimonos, or Todd English's Blue Zoo.) We will be eating breakfast or lunch at most of the other, less fancy choices.

I have tried all of those except Kimonos, and they are all excellent in their specialized area of food (and I've heard good things about Kimonos as well). I would suggest that you consider which meal type you can most easily get in your home area, and stay away from that. (i.e. if you can get great steak locally, why dine at Shula's on vacation....).

That method aside: Of those restaurants, I would have to rank either Il Mulino or BlueZoo as the best choices. That is totally IMHO, and others may feel differently.

BlueZoo is the winner for us...but we LOVE Il Mulino too
