What are some of your favorite snacks in WDW?

I'm going in September and we are on the deluxe dining plan, so I have a lot of snack credits to use and need some ideas on what to use them for!

Pictures are always nice :)

We're also going in September! I haven't been in 10 years, so I don't remember snacks too well. ~However~, I went to Disneyland in 2008 and had a "Dole Dump" as my Mom called it :lmao:. I've already told DH he has to get a "Dole Dump" float and I'll just get the regular one so I can taste each. He thinks I'm going to declare it needs some Malibu rum, but that's another story entirely. Mmmmm....I can't wait for some yummy snacking around the World.

we really like the cinnamon glazed almonds, the brownies at main street bakery and the funnel cakes

Epcot:
France--Boulangerie Patisserie--all the pastries! I love the Pithivier (sp?), it has almond paste in it. I also love the Napoleons! The kids love the eclairs and chocolate mousse. (And of course the chocolate croissants...)
Germany--Karamelle-Kuche Shop--I had the caramel covered strawberry, and split a caramel/pecan/shortbread type bar with my husband--it was sooo good!

Oh, and when we have leftover snack credits on our last day, we end up picking up packable snacks: some Chip and Dale trail mixes, or a specialty candy bar from one of the Epcot countries--you just have to make sure the serving size says 1. (We've also gotten some better travelling pastries with us to go through the airport--elephant ears, croissants, and that pithivier I mentioned before...that was a great breakfast for an early flight we had!)

We're going in about a week and the number one snack on my list to try is the carrot cake cookie from the Writer's Stop in DHS. Do a quick search of the forums and you can probably find a picture...it's gigantic!

Sleepy Hollow in MK makes an ice cream sandwich with warm chocolate chip cookies that is out of this world!:cloud9:

Cookies from Goofy's Kitchen in Downtown Disney. They are huge and I wish I could figure out how they get them so big and done all the way though. They have several differnet kinds.

I found out about them when the make your own rice krispie treats were removed as a snack credit. I had to find something new and great to use my credits on.

I don't like anything frozen so I can't say much about the ice cream, but I think Disney makes really good popcorn.

Have fun next month.

:)

I remember 20 years ago ordering something called a Mousewich which was a beef filled hot pocket like food. I think it was in MK. It was alright although being a kid the thought if I was eatting something mouselike did concern me.

I love popcorn! I dont believe I've had any at Disney recently.
I think I will definitely get some to eat during a parade on this trip :yay:

Many of the bags of Goofy Candy Company Candies, Trail mix, and more are snack credits. Just ask a CM will let you know which ones. You can take these home with you. Also, if you are going at the end of Sept. say the 30th Food & Wine starts and you can use snack credits to try different foods at Epcot. We also like to use snack credits for pretzels and frozen drinks like Icee Cokes, Ice Cream.

I guess I'm just easy, but I like the big pretzels with nothing on them.
