Since WDW is so huge, there are TONS of running paths. I only know about a few of them, but i love trying new ones every time. I was hoping to hear some of other people's absolute favorites. My personal favorite is the one at Saratoga Springs. I also like the one at POFQ. What are your favorites?

This is one i never knew about.. thanks! About how long is this path??

1/3-1/2 mile, or so. Very shady!

Take a look at it in my "Resorts" video HERE starting at about 5:12 deep.

I think the run is between 2-3 miles, maybe 2.8 or something like that. Have you looked at the DisneyRunning website? It's an unofficial web site that lists many of the popular running paths at WDW.

I just started slowly getting ready for the Wine and Dine half marathon. I haven't run more than 20 feet in 15 years!

edit: Sorry I was basing the distance on the running path from DisenyRunning.com, which adds a circuit around the loop for more mileage.

Thanks for the DisneyRunning site!

yes, I love the SSR path but love to run through DTD (earlier in the day of course). I also like running around Crescent Lake by the Epcot resorts areas as well. (will be doing that next trip when we stay at the BCV :goodvibes)

We also love the area by Epcot. If you start at the BC and run the path behind BW to the Studios and back that is about 1.3 miles and it is .8 miles around the lake. We love to do that early in the morning.

Does the path from the front of DHS to TSM count? :lmao:

I didn't get a chance to run on my last trip because I couldn't get away from the kids early enough in the morning, but I was so jealous of the people running down the Boardwalk and around Crescent Lake. That looked like a great run!

From the exit at any park to the waiting bus or from our hotel room to the bus stop with the approaching bus.:thumbsup2:rolleyes1

popcorn:: Great to hear what paths people love. I'm going to be staying at BLT and I'm planning on trying a few of the MK resorts. I've jogged around FW before and I enjoy that, but I'm curious about the Poly/GF trail.

The idea of jogging around the EPCOT area resorts really appeals to me, but I don't know if it's worth it to have to take the bus from MK to get there and back. But maybe if I'm really bored one morning I'll try it:thumbsup2

I ran everyday at CBR since we were staying there. It's a very nice path around the lake and is 1.2 or 1.4 miles long depending on where you get your info. I opted to think of it as 1.4 so that my 3 laps counted for over 4 miles!
