Favorite Ride At DLR

What is your most absolute favorite ride at DL or DCA? The one where you get off and say this is my favorite ride hands down! Between the two parks, Californian Soarin is my winner. I have yet to go on the TOT at DCA, but at WDW, I loved, loved, loved it. So I'm excited to try it out here in Dec. for the first time. It might be my next favorite. So what's your favorite??

Soaring for me too at DCA. It would be a toss up between POTC and Splash at DL.

Wow- that is a hard one! I would have to say "Peter Pan's Flight"! Then Soaring over CA, POTC, Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, and Splash Mountain. I love all the rides at DCA and DL- except lately I tend to get sick on Star Tours (must be my age catching up to me ).

I love so many of those already mentioned! We got back from our first trip to DL a week ago. The first ride I went on was Winnie the Pooh, with DS2. He loved it so much, and I loved watching his absolute delight in it!

DS6's first ride was Splash Mountain. I tried to get him on a milder ride to start out, but he was insistent, so he went on with DH. They came off the ride laughing and talking over each other about how much fun it was, and their faces in the ride photo was such a reflection of that that I had to buy it.

My first ride of choice was Splash Mountain, and DS6 came along (of course! It's now his favorite ride.) With each drop a squeal or 'WOOHOO!' somehow fell out of my mouth, and on the big one all I remember is feeling like I was dropping off the end of the earth! That one was a flat-out scream! The photo showed my mouth wide open and my eyes squeezed shut. Yup, had to get that one, too.

My favorite part of the Pirates ride is the beginning, the dark, peaceful bayou, the fireflies, the music, the lanterns...just beautiful! And Peter Pan, where you're flying through the stars? WOW.

Soarin' was breathtaking! I couldn't help lifting my feet up as we dropped into the trees, and also as we dipped near the water. I was only able to go on that once, and DH didn't go on it, so I can't wait until we return.

Star Tours used to be my favorite, but I think I'm dealing with the same issue as you. LOL!!!

It depends on the day. Today...TOT. SIL will laugh when she reads this . I was petrified at the tought of going on this ride. It took major peer presure to get me on it. And now (today) its my fave.

Why do you like the left side???

It has more "dips." It is overall a more exciting ride than the right/Fantasyland side.

I don't think I can pick one favorite. I love TOT at DCA. I love POTC, Space Mtn and Splash Mtn, HM .. I just love being in the parks, soaking up the atmosphere

Hmm..does climbing up a broken escalator to the parking structure count as a mountain?
