The grapefruit cake at Hollywood Brown Derby is amazing. I wanted to lick all the molecules off my plate... but I had some restraint.

I'm not a big dessert person so I haven't tried too many at WDW, but the most memorably delicious one I tried was the "Bailey's and Jack Daniel Mousse" at Coral Reef.

I thought I'd totally love the Brown Derby's Grapefruit Cake... but sadly in the end I thought it sounded much better than it actually tasted.
