When we go this fall, DD will be 15 months old. What are your favorite CS and TS restaurants for little ones?

We are staying at POFQ and we will be at MK for 2 days, Epcot for 1, and AK for 1 day.

Your daughter will enjoy CS Pinocchio's Village House in the MK because there are several tables of seating that overlook the queue and beginning of Small World. It may keep her extra-occupied for some down time for you and the hubby.

Crystal palace in MK. It is Pooh and friends character meal. (buffet)

character meals are a good idea if your child isnt afraid of the characters. assuming she is not (neither of mine have been afraid of them but i know some kids are) then i recommend crystal palace at MK, which features winnie the pooh and friends. that was my daughter's first character meal and since she was already familiar with winnie the pooh (and friends) she LOVED the whole thing.

liberty tree tavern at MK is a great family style thanksgiving dinner type meal, with minnie, goofy, pluto, chip and dale. again, if characters are her thing, i highly recommend it.

cosmic rays is a great counter service meal at MK. cosmic ray plays music and keeps kids entertained while they eat.

pinocchio haus is also great counter service for the reasons mentioned above.

breakfastosaurus is a great character meal at AK, its buffet style which means you can get in and out pretty quickly.

tusker house (i think thats the name of it) is a great counter service meal at AK. no entertainment, but the food is good.

i took my kids to the biergarten at epcot (in germany) for table service dinner and that was fun. the food is good but the best part is the band. the live music is great entertainment for kids, and your daughter can go up in front of them and dance if she wants. you might also consider the princess table service meal in norway. we are trying that in the spring, because my daughter is a princess-a-holic.

In general, with our 14 month old last year I found that buffetts worked better as we could control the pace and speed of our dinner, and bring more of her favorite foods whenever she wanted more.

My daughter (who was 15 months at the time) loved the Crystal Palace with Pooh and all his friends.

My 17 month old enjoyed the character interactions at several places- Chef Mickey's, Playhouse Disney breakfast at MGM - she loves Little Einsteins and Jojo, Crystal Palace with Pooh and Friends. She also loved all the princess meals we did for her older sister's bday - Cinderella's Royal Table, 1900 Park Fare Cinderella dinner - she really liked Suzy and Perla, the mice, and the Princess breakfast at Epcot. I have to say that while all of the princesses gave my older dd lots of attention, they also made an effort to try to engage my little one too. She was clearly besotted by Belle! ;)

Thanks everyone! I got some really good ideas!

DD loves Eeyore. She has a small stuffed animal and she loves it. Now I just have to talk DH into a character meal!!

I second Biergarten. Our DD was almost 17 months when we went. She was going through a severe breakdown until that band kicked in, then she did a complete 180 and was all smiles. I agree about buffets being nice with little ones. You have quicker access to the food and can usually get in and out quickly. We did CM as well; she liked the characters, not as much as her big brother (3) but she wasn’t afraid of them either.

I love Crystal Palace too! We usually go for one of the latest breakfast seating - it is the cheapest meal, not so crowded at "off" times, we need a break around then, and Crystal Palace is a great location! It gets mixed reviews, but we eat there every trip and have loved it every time.
