We are thinking of doing a non-park day on our next trip, and then going to one of the monorail resorts for dinner. Which spots are best for watching the MK fireworks? Thanks!

The new Wishes fireworks have a lot of vocal and music so inside the park is important to get the full effect of the show. The show has mutlitple launch sites so my guess is anywhere near the hub is fabulous.

If you don't mind missing that portion you hear. Try the beach at the Poly. You get the lagoon show and then the fireworks. Both are quite enjoyable. Get there early and grab a swing on the beach and enjoy!

I found this spot last night while walking my kid on a stroll from BWV and MGM. To see Epcot's fireworks, walk down the path towards MGM and stop maybe 20 yards from the tennis courts/MGM sign. Where the paths fork, never to run parallel again. Look towards Epcot of course over the BWI roof.

I was walking my kid and notice a security cart stopped on the path. Low and behold was the fireworks in the full glory. No one else was there so I guess it is an unknown spot. I even think it could possibly be better than standing on the bridge near the gates to Epcot. I do believe I saw more 'works than on the bridge.

And no, the fireworks did not wake the kid. But for the life in me, I couldn't get him to go to sleep before hand. Funny how that works....

Last Sept. we rented a surrey bike from the BoardWalk, we had almost made it back when we hit the second bridge in between BWV and Dolphin, Swan Resorts...we were peddling as hard as we could but couldn't make it up this bridge...all we could do is laugh...We sat there for a minute before we got off the bike to push...then IllumiNations fireworks started...needless to say we stayed right where we were, best seats in the area... ::yes::

The California Grill has always piped in the sound with the fireworks. You might want to call and see if they still do.Book a window view.

or if you cant get ressies for the CA grill during the fireworks, you can still catch the show on the 4th floor balcony. The music is piped in and it is a great view-however if you actually want to see the fireworks directly BEHIND the castle, you'll have to be in the park. If you see them from the CR they are kind of to the right of the castle but great view nontheless. Best part of the CR in my opinion.

Don't they pipe in the music over by the GF marina as well?
