Since I am a new wife:cool1::thumbsup2 I figure that I need to branch out a little and start cooking new things:scared1:....so can you please share either your favorite recipes of your favorite recipe websites!! TIA :bride:

Tiffany from here on the disboards has an awesome blog called Eat at Home that not only gives you a week's worth of recipes, but also the grocery list!
 
Congratulations!!We have several favorites but here are a couple of easy ones to begin with......
Joyce’s German Italian Beans

½ pound each, German and Italian sausage
1 large diced onion
1 can each, kidney beans and drained green beans
3 medium potatoes
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 tsp each. Basil leaves and Summer Savory leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 cup boiling water

In heavy skillet brown sausages. Remove from pan. Add onion and green beans to grease to coat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover. 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.

Pat's Chicken Alamo

1 lb Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage, browned
1 cup raw rice
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg slivered almonds
Salt to taste
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 soup can chicken

Mix, bake covered 2 hours at 325 or microwave on high for 45 minutes.

I made the fried round steak from her website Sunday night and it was SOOO easy and SOOOO YUMMY!!! :thumbsup2
