What are your favorite quick service places in the parks? It’s been a while since I’ve been to Universal.

Terrance Falls and Three Broomsticks - IOA - Large portions of food at Terrance Falls, their ribs and chicken are pretty good (you can split it IMO), as well as other items. Three Broomsticks has that type of food as well, as well as other unique items. As well as their famous drinks. Also, the Hog's Head is next door if you want something stronger to drink.

Simpson BLVD and The Leaky Cauldron - USF - Simpsons BLVD has a little bit of something for everyone (veggie options, chicken, pizza, burgers) and is pretty decent quality for QS. The Leaky Cauldron has traditional English favorites, as well as other good items, and once again all those good drinks.

The Bumblebee Man's Taco Truck in the Simpsons area in Universal Studios (I didn't think much of the rest of the Simpsons area food wise apart from the big pink donut), both Harry Potter options in either park and some of the bakery options look good in the new Today Cafe. In CityWalk I'd recommend Voodoo Doughnut, Cinnabon and Fusion Bistro & Sake Bar. I've heard both Bread Box and Cold Stone Creamery are good quick service options in CityWalk too so will be giving them a try.

My favorite food item I've had so far is the beef, lamb, and Guinness stew at the Leaky Cauldron. It has such a delicious flavor and is served in a yummy bread bowl. For some reason I also really love the side salads at the Leaky Cauldron too; there's something extra tasty about the tomatoes in it, although I don't know what makes them so good.

I don't like Three Broomsticks as much, although the theming is slightly nicer, I think. I don't like the chicken--it's a thigh/leg piece (I guess that's what it is), and I just don't like that part of the chicken. They have an amazing apple pie, though, with raisins in it! And fizzy pumpkin juice! The apple pie is HUGE--you could make a meal on just that and a fizzy pumpkin juice, if you weren't overly worried about nutrition.

I also love the onion rings anywhere in the park. They're just the right amount of crispy but not greasy, and the onion is perfectly gone from crunchy to tender but without going all the way to mushy, and it's just so slightly sweet. A simple thing, but so good!

Bumble Bee Mans taco truck and the other Springfield joints. We also like 3 Broomsticks.

We loved Leaky Cauldron and three broomsticks. We wanted to eat Thunder Falls which looked nice, but ended up eating in Citywalk. Most other spots seemed basic - pizza, burgers etc.

Similar to thoughts above. Thunder Falls is a cool environment. The food is good but it is not much different from all of the other quick services (Monster Cafe has nearly the same menu items and a cool theme also). We really like the value of the family feast at Three Broomsticks - we are 5 and it is plenty for us though it says for 4.
Simpsons area (including taco truck) is great. We have had several good meals there. We often share platters and if we don't we feel like we've eaten too much. Tacos are a good value compared to general theme park food.

Also looking forward to trying (or at least checking out) the new Today Cafe.

As a side note, Voodoo doughnuts is not far from the gate at US and it makes a great and inexpensive snack or dessert otw out. We hit that place often on our trips.

Probably an odd one out but with love Mel’s! Get better food at other QS however there is something we love about grabbing a bite there around sunset when the sun goes down and the neon lights come on. Plus we also only get chicken strips or similar when we are at Mel’s and you can’t really go wrong with them as there the same everywhere at Universal!

We like the fried chicken platter at Circus McGurkus. Taco Truck was very salty. Literally threw it out and got Krusty Burgers.

That Bumble Bee man taco truck was good when I was last there about 6 years ago. Going back this year so will be good to sample it again.
