Favorite Park?

Don't really care for water parks.

Some members of the Podcast Crew have said they dislike Animal Kingdom. It made me wonder what others think. How would you rate the parks, 1 being your favorite and 4 being your least favorite.

1. Magic Kingdom
2. EPCOT (World Showcase specifically is close to being my #1)
3. AK
4. Disney Studios (far behind AK, I go to DS for the Brown Derby, Rock n Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, and Fantasmic. I could skip the other things.)

3. Disney Hollywood Studios
4. Epcot (definate least favorite of the four parks for us)

* These two are close to a tie, MK pulled ahead a little because it seems so... well, magical and the Castle is there, but it is very close!

I like each park for different reasons, so it is hard to pick an overall favorite.

Magic Kingdom-for the Kid at heart.

Animal Kingdom for the Serenity of communing in Nature and seeing the beauty of the World God Made. It has a natural Rainforest feel to it and the magic of how you are transformed into the Rainforest once you pass through the main gate.

Epcot Future World - For exploring Science and the Senses.

Epcot World Showcase - for the glimpse of other cultures in the world

Hollywood Studios - for the Magic of Hollywood and the world of Animation. Though I liked the Backstage tour better in the early days of the park.

I have must do's in each park & I have a list of Never do again - ie. Universe of Energy in Epcot's Future World, I found it the Most waste of 45 minutes I ever spent. I might reconsider if they redo the feature and shorten it dramatically to like <10 minutes.

My goal for my upcoming trip, is to do my must do list for each park and see the new features since my last trip in 2005, then I plan on exploring each of the Resorts to see their architectural beauty.

Now...it's hard to put MK last, because after all... I mean, it's what you think of when you think WDW --- Cinderella's Castle! --- but because JC and I don't have kids, we just don't spend too much time at MK, since that park seems to be the "most" kid-friendly.

But I love 'em all.

If I could only spend one day at WDW park, it would have to be Epcot though... so much to do!

DHS holds a special place in my heart since i worked there, but i just don't feel it has as much to offer as the others. I didn't care for AK the first time i went. The second time i liked it okay. But after many trips, I started to really love it more and more. I enjoy all the little trails and just taking all the little details in.
