Favorite older disney movie?

My favorite live-action Disney movie is 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. My favorite animated movie is Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Cinderella and the Tramp. I love those in particular. I'm also fond of The Aristocats and Bambi. Flight of the Navigator is pretty high on my list, too. I have it on tape somewhere in my collection, and was just telling DGD that we have to watch it soon!

Let's not forget Song of the South!

We were sitting on SM with some lady who had absolutely NO IDEA there was a movie that went with the theming. Would someone at Disney please explain why they sell the movie in Europe but not here? Guess I'm just a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah kind of girl myself.... ;)
It was posted sometime in the last view months that Song of the South would FINALLY be released in the US on DVD - Yea! It's one of my favorites, I have Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah as my cell ringtone.

Also, Fantasia (not 2000 version), Snow White & Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

Cinderella is my favorite of the older Disney films with Snow White not far behind.

The girls and I just watched The Ugly Dachsund on the Hallmark channel this afternoon. It was great! We also love The Parent Trap.

Our number 1 favorite Disney movie of all time
is The Parent Trap with Hayley Mills.
We watch it pretty frequently.

My 2nd favorite is The Jungle Book.

The Watcher in the Woods :earseek: - still scares the bejesus out of me!
Also love Old Yeller, Swiss Family Robinson, Apple Dumpling Gang, That Darn Cat, and Escape to Witch Mountain.

I've always loved Fantasia. I guess I've always liked the combonation of classical music & animation. I also love Robin Hood, The Three Caballeros, Bambi, The Aristocats, etc. :goodvibes

I'm definitely a Hayley Mills fan: The Parent Trap, Summer Magic, Moonspinners, Pollyanna. Just saw That Darn Cat on TV last weekend. Not sure if that was a Disney movie, but it's a Hayley Mills movie!

I feel I should add the following note. I was thinking about Hayley Mills earlier today when I heard the sad news that her father, actor Sir John Mills, passed away today at age 97. May he rest in peace.

:)

You can't go wrong with Peter Pan. That's my favorite Disney movie of all-time.

Dumbo. I also love 101 Dalmations.

Escape to Witch Mountain, Bambi.

Don't know if this is considered old, but I know it is at least 15 years old - The Little Mermaid. (DS3 just told me they watched it at preschool this week and asked could we rent it. I told him "Mommy has that movie" and he was just in awe!)
