favorite nighttime adult activity

My DH and I love the cabarets in Rockin' Bar D, the theme night dance partys and the adult game shows. They are so fun! Enjoy!!

We enjoy the caberet shows and late night, long walks around deck nine and ten. It is so quiet and peaceful walking under the stars.

This is a "family" forum...

...so I'm just going to skip answering this question.

;)

i knew that this would get that last response....heehee
to that, anything romantic ideas other than the package?

Obviously, there's the planning of an engagement while on board.

For those of us already married, an evening at Polo is a must. One of our best Polo dinners placed us next to the window where you could see a full moon on the horizon.

ganurse, I love reading all your posts!! You think of a lot of great questions and I've gotten some great info. It's really interesting to see all the different opinions!! Thanks!

70s night is my number one favorite adult activity. It's different every time, so even after 36 cruises, we are always there.
Second favorite is Match Your Mate, which is like the newlywed game and is usually hilarious. I also like the Wonderquest scavenger hunt, but we don't usually have time to make it to that one.

Having just been on the 3/27 Magic, I'd have to say that our favorite activity at night was sitting in the Quite Cove bar, either outside or inside with the friends we traveled with and enjoying a drink (or several) while our kids were having fun in the clubs! It was lovely. We traveled with 4 other families and it was such a blast for everyone. The kids all had their friends and so did the adults! We did go to the Golden Mickeys one night with the kids and that was great fun, but other than that the kids were in the club and the adults we in their own club!

We enjoyed the shows after our late seating dining.

Also enjoyed just walking around the ship prior to dinner.

Palo was fab.

:p

For romance: Bring or buy at port a nice bottle of wine (don't forget to bring a cork screw), from room service order an All hands on Deck and ask for fruits you like (grapes, strawberries) and whatever else you want. When it gets delivered carry it up to deck 9 or 10 and have yourself a nice picnic. After 11pm it is so peaceful up there, except for the few teens running around. But typically if they see an adult somewhere they run the other way!

For fun: All the late shows in Rockin Bar D - especially 70's night. The last night of the cruise we went to Diversions for Pub night, what a blast!!

Have fun!!

ps: Don't forget to put the kids in club after lunch and take a nap:love:

Our second favorite night time activity (you know the first) is having the opportunity for a little quiet time on the veranda. We have wine and appetizers and watch the waves at the back of the ship. Excellent time to sit and talk or just stare at the moon. We traveled with the kids, so activity number one was not possible.
But we always talk about the time we spent just cuddling in the moonlight!;)

I would have to agree that Rockin Bar D is the place to be... We also enjoy hanging out on deck or even hit the adult pool. If you have a veranda its a good place to spend some time..with a bottle of wine. I am getting sooo corny in my old age.

We love "70's Night" and I especially have a GREAT time at the special evening themed parties (Tropical or Pirate).

As I mentioned earlier, I love the theme nights in Rockin' Bar D. However, and unsung beautiful adult memory is when my DH and I stroll Deck 10 at night (to check on the DDs) before we go to bed. There is nothing like the beauty of the sea at night lit by moonlight!!!:boat:

ANYTHING ON THE MAGIC!!

Actually, we managed to work in just about everything already listed, most nights (except one, we were sharing a cabin with DD-13 and DD-17). Show at 6:30, dinner at 8:30, Rockin' D for the dance parties and game shows, and then up to Deck 9 with a bottle of Bailey's and a great group of friends! (Dis'ers, of course!)

I don't think you will be lacking for fun!!
