Just FYI on the split plate charge: We were there last week and they charged us to split a plate but they informed us that the charge no longer includes an extra salad/soup! 
The prices have gone up and what you get has gone down. It was still a highlight of our trip though.. especially since my girls were VMK fanatics. CLOWNFISH PLEASE!
