My fave is Signs. One of my favorite movies in general, too. I still get chills when I watch the end!

Signs and The Sixth Sence, me and my whole family agree The Village is dull and boring. M.N.S. is a great director, don't get me wrong, but I'm still waiting for him to make that one movie that will scare my socks off.
