FAVORITE HOTEL: Hojo Premium DL facing rooms in the middle of the building 7th floor skylight rooms for the Entertainment rate when you can get it.
Cost per night:I've paid $139+tax per night for the Disney view room when the Ent rate of $79/night was not available.
Parking Cost: Free
Breakfast Included?: Nope, but Mimi's, Millies, and Mc'd's is on the way to DL if you walk on that side of the street. If you go the popular 'shorter' route crossing Harbor at Manchester, you would bypass all these restaurants. In which case, you should bring your own food.
Best feature: Entertainment rate, free wired internet, comfortable beds, microwave oven in these rooms (Not all room types have them), and fridge. Rooms are large and clean. Open air porch outside each room.
Worst feature: The jacuzzi for sure. Yuck! Probably would have been better to move the jacuzzi to the garden pool area to keep the young kiddos out of there. The walk can feel very long at the end of a long day and night in the parks. They have only free
wired internet and no desk to access the internet on.

You have to use your laptop on the bed because that's the only place in the room now that has ethernet access. Even when they bring a longer cable, it's still not long enough to reach the desk area that is now built into the drawers. They used to have a stand alone desk w/ internet access but did away with it.

The rooms closer to the ends of the hotel do not have 2 sinks which makes it a little difficult to get ready in the morning if there is more than 2 people in the room. If you get a room on a lower floor, or obstructed by trees, your Disney view can be severely compromised. People hang their swimsuits off the open air porch and that makes the place look very ghetto. Also, no lounge chairs on the porch so there's not much to do out there but stand or sit on the ground.
FAVORITE HOTEL: Fairfield Inn
Cost per night:$80 a night, I've seen it at $120 a night full price.
Parking Cost: Was free when we stayed there, and now they charge $4 a night which is nothing if it helps weed out other people from parking there for hours while they go to the park.
Breakfast Included?: No but McD's and Millies Restaurant is right next door. Millie's is very reasonably priced coffee shop type food and they also have Vegetarian options. Also, one parking lot over going away from Disney and toward Hojos is Mimi's Restaurant. We love Mimi's for Dinner, but felt their breakfast was overpriced for what you get. Bacon and Eggs was like $8.00+ and at Millies it was like $6.00+. Also FFI has a Pizza Hut express and Seattle's Best on site in which they sell breakfast items and they also have room service from Millies which is very nice when you don't feel like leaving the room.
Best feature: It's a lot closer to DL walking distance (only about 5 minutes to the front gates), you can see the fireworks from any floor in the hotel - just walk out to that side of the hotel, customer service was great, and pool and jacuzzi were very clean, although small for the amount of people it serves, imo. Overall great amenities, like room service. Comfortable beds and a nice twin sized sofa sleeper in the 2 Queen rooms, I believe they have a full size sofa sleeper in the King rooms. They are the only motel/hotel in walking distance that has room service.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET!!!

They also have a nice desk that you can use to go online if you want to or you could take your laptop and use it on the bed if you want. Bathrooms were clean clean clean. The tub was pristine! No mold/mildew and it shined, it was so clean.
Worst feature: They started charging for parking so that sucks, although I'd rather have that then have no parking when I got there because of people using the lot even though they aren't staying there. I have read reports that if you don't want to pay they allow you to park at the Marriott, but 1) that's a hike away, and 2) I'm not sure how true that is.
