Not sure you are able to post here & if not, please PM me. Who has been your favorite DVC Sales Guide you worked with in the past for buying direct?
STILL waiting - day #40 since our 1st resale contract deed recorded (6/17) and still no membership account. I sent an email last week & nothing. Tried "chat" feature & sales guide was no help but certainly wanted to send me the current incentives & somewhat bashed buying resale so have no interest in using him - totally turned me off.

Has your deed been recorded yet? If the resort that you bought is in Orange County, FL, you can check the Orange County Comptroller's website to check. You might also check with Member Accounting instead of Member Services.

Yes, recorded 6/17 I thought ROFR was bad. I'll try calling tomorrow.
 

I'm in a similar situation. Almost 100 days now, still no points in my account. My deed was recorded on 6/17 also.

You have to contact Member Administration, not accounting, with questions about your deed. However, they are not accepting phone calls. Email is the only way to communicate with them. They say they will reply back within 5 business days, but they don't.

I don't understand what are they doing with the dues money that funds their office. There should be no interruption in member services when they have already been paid.

Yes, I emailed & nothing. Talked with accounting & they were no help, but did inform me that there is now only 1 person working to originate new accounts thru resale when they did have a staff of 5. That 1 person is behind 4 weeks according to the guy I talked with in accounting and I'm thinking it normally took a week or two under normal circumstances.
Stay in touch since we are the same record date. It really is becoming ridiculous and we are in front of influx of resales that happened after us. It's going to get even uglier later.
