So I'm having my first Yachtsman experience next week and I'm incredibly excited! :cool1:

I've been perusing the menu and picking out the things that I'm interested in. I definitely want to try the Tomato Salad - it sounds incredible!

Any other suggestions? I definitely plan to get steak. Anybody have a favorite?

The only steak i have enjoyed here is the filet. I have been very disappointed with the New York and ribeye. The bread is good.

They serve the bread with roasted garlic and it is so good! I have to stop eating it to save room for the wonderful filets.

Tried the ribeye on our last visit, it was very good.

filet, porterhouse, mashed potatoes, their fries are amazing!

they also have an excellent chicken noodle soup that's not on the adult menu :) i get it every time!

ask for oscar for great service!

The chilled seafood salad appetizer is one of my favorites. It's a good contrast to the heavy beef to follow if you're ordering a steak.

I loved the filet. I don't know if they still have it but we had some sort of banana dessert that was AWESOME! (I want to say it was called banana napoleon or something like that).

I love and always get the filet mignon. DH usually gets the NY strip (he likes the dry age) or the porterhouse. We got the tomato salad last time and it was great! DH also likes the scallops appetizer. They have awesome creme brulee too!

We te there last November and my DH is still talking about that tomato salad :thumbsup2
The filet was excellent as was the strip. The best meal we have ever had at WDW

Love the lobster bisque appetizer.
Main course is almost always the filet.
Desert (if we have room) is usually the creme brulee.

We usually eat too many of those yummy pull apart onion rolls slathered with garlic and butter to have room left for desert.

Love the lobster bisque. I also got a fresh mozzarella and heirloom tomato appetizer that was fantastic.

Loved the porterhouse. Split it with my son and we could not finish.

I loved their New York and my sister thought it was the best filet mignon every! I drool every time I think of their tomato appetizer and creme brulee.

This is by far one of the best restaurants on property if not THE BEST!
