Favorite DHS restaurant? For lunch or Dinner?

Keep in mind I have a almost 4 year old and this trip will be traveling with my In Laws. So I'm trying to keep everyone happy!

50's Prime Time Cafe. We always go for lunch. We love hanging out there about 20 minutes before our ressie to watch the CM's. It is a lot of fun!

Brown Derby!! My DD is a good "restaurant kid" and enjoys eating out at nice places as much as we do. She LOVED it at just turned 5. We also enjoyed Mama Melrose. That would probably be a good compromise between kid friendly and real adult food.

With a kid that age, I also recommend Prime Time. Objectively, I imagine most people would name the Brown Derby the "best" restaurant in the park, judging by food quality. But I suspect a large group that includes children would absolutely prefer the cute and fun atmosphere of Prime Time or even Sci-Fi, though I don't like it there much.

I should add....we did Hollywood and Vine last time and were VERY pleased! Yes the food stunk....but the characters and the amount of time they spent with DS was well worth it!

I'm thinking Sci Fi or Mama Melrose....but hmmmmm...waiting to see what you guys think...

We enjoyed the Scifi .. The kids like Hollywood and Vine, the kids seem to eat and eat and eat.... Then off to Fantasmic as we usually do the meal that includes the special seeting..

Good thought about Mama Melrose's. It slipped my mind when I wrote my last post. The restaurant receives inconsistent reviews on these boards, but my family seems to always catch it on good days, I suppose. If the shtick and zaniness of Prime Time sounds overwhelming, consider Mama Melrose's as a simple, reliable option that will almost certainly please everyone regardless of age.
