this is totally out of the way, and not really a "breakfast" per se, but my mom and I usually split a order of 6 beignets every morning at POFQ food court.....nice and light(ish).....not pounds of greasy stuff......soooo gooood!
I haven't used the meal plan too much so I can't say that these are a good use of your points.....
I like to get to Epcot for rope drop. Go ride Soarin' first thing stand by, get a fast pass either before I get in the stand by line or after I get off the ride, then grab breakfast at Sunshine Seasons while I wait for my fast pass return time.
The bakery on Main St at the Magic Kingdom is very good too.
If you are a fan of the Tonga Toast at the Poly -- that can be had for an adult CS credit at Captain Cooks at the Poly. Was probably my DH's favorite breakfast.
has some good breakfast sandwiches. The french toas loaf is very good. Sunshine Seasons is one of the few park CS locations that actually serves a breakfast plate.
Ans I second the beignets. It's a long haul if you're not staying at POFQ.
Maybe POR. I like the food but I love sitting outside over looking the water. I consider breakfast time there one of the best parts of the day-so peaceful. Maybe it is like that at other resorts but I don't know.
