Favorite Counter Service Air Conditioning!

Hey all!

Kind of a weird one, but looking for everyone's favorite counter service that also has AC. We're traveling with my dad, who has MS, and tends to overheat easily. I'm booking us a table service meal for lunch every day for a respite from the heat, but we'll be eating a CS dinner in each park.

I know which counter service restaurants I would pick, but not all of them have indoor seating. So I'm looking not JUST for AC, but good food as well! Any suggestions are most appreciated!

Magic Kingdom – Cosmic Rays or Pecos Bill's
EPCOT – Connections Eatery
Hollywood Studios – Docking Bay 7 or ABC Commissary (I think Backlot has some indoor, too)
Animal Kingdom – Satu'li Canteen (easiest pick!)

MK - Pecos Bill's has a lot of seating but I didn't really like the food.
EPCOT - Connections Cafe and Eatery are large and the food is decent. Sunshine Seasons is inside The Land so there's a lot of seating. Many different options to eat there.
Hollywood Studios - ABC Commissary has the biggest space, Docking Bay 7 has the best atmosphere, but I'm not a fan of their food since they changed the menu.
Animal Kingdom - Definitely Satuli Canteen. Lots of space and good food.

Another option in EP that has a lot of seating is Regal Eagle. I've gone in there for the free water and air conditioning only. I haven't eaten there, so can't comment on the food.

MK - Pecos Bill or Columbia Harbor House - we enjoy the food at both and there is lots of seating (particularly love the upstairs at CHH)
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons has lots of options and seating. I've only had dessert or fruit at Regal Eagle (and it was good) but we often stop in there for some AC, water and a snack.
HS - Backlot Express does have some indoor seating and the food is pretty good. ABC Commissary is supposed to be good, though it's been years since we've eaten there (and that experience was awful). Still, I'd be willing to give it a shot based on current reviews.
AK - Satuli Canteen - one of the best CS on property in my opinion. We also really enjoy Nomad Lounge for a quick bite and a drink. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, but even the outdoor seating is shaded and cool. We actually prefer sitting outdoors so we can watch the flotillas go by.

When I was there in December Sunshine Seasons stopped serving hot prepared-to-order food at 4 PM. Probably not the best option for dinner if that is still the case.

MK - go to Poly for Capt Cooks as no other place in MK is worth eating at IMO (they are okay but not good)
Epcot - Regal Eagle Smokehouse (best QS in Epcot)
HS - take the skyliner over to Riviera to eat at Primo
AK - Satuuli

If you are forced to eat in the parks then I guess it would be ABC at HS and Columbia at MK.

In AK, Restaurauntasurus is great air conditioning, but I found it crowded at lunchtime, so I find Pizzafari to be less crowded (or at least, with all the separate rooms it feels less crowded) and just as good when it comes to air conditioning.

MK- Columbia Harbour House- head upstairs, it's relaxing up there. It's always our favorite.
Epcot- Sunshine Seasons or Regal Eagle
HS- This for me is the worst food park... I'm never happy anywhere LOL!
AK- Satuli is the obvious answer... we've had Pizzafari before with our picky eaters and it was... what it was LOL! I don't mind fake pizza once in awhile, so it was fine, but... if you want a "good" meal, not there haha! But it is large... so seating isn't an issue.
