Favorite Closed Attraction

For our family, it is Tarzan Rocks first, and Osborne Lights a close second. Although we also loved Tapestry of Nations/Dreams and Illuminations at Epcot. I guess it's tough to pick just one.

If we're talking just Disney, I've always been a sucker for Spaceship Earth.

If we're talking amusement parks in general, I want to get on Yukon Striker at Canada's Wonderland again. That first drop...

I'm with the Horizons crowd. I'm sad that my DS never got to experience it. IMO, they should have updated it rather than closing it. I loved being able to choose a different experience for multiple rides.

Next time you're in Orlando take a side trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa.

Disneyland:
1)America Sings
2)Adventures Thru Inner Space
3)People Mover

WDW (I have never been, but these were the rides I really wanted to go on)
1)Original Journey Into Imagination
2)Horizons
3)Universe of Energy

I wish I knew when "next time" will be. Tampa/St. Pete might be a place for us to go just to enjoy the Gulf, so you never know.

Wonderland is local for me, obviously a more practical place to visit.

For truly permanently closed:
1) Horizons
2) Alien Encounter

For changed, and I want the original back:
1) Journey Into Imagination -- the full ride, with the full imagination/hands-on area at the end.

Soarin' Over California at Epcot. The updated version just lacks the magic the old one had and the combination of the obvious CGI and the distortions from sitting anywhere other than dead center are so distracting and completely break the immersion of the ride for me.

Without a doubt, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride is number 1. (I've been told it's still open at DL.) Also liked the Submarine Voyage based on the movie 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Snow White's Scary Adventure was great, but it terrified my daughter when she was little.

TGMR
Original Soarin'
All the entertainment like the World Showcase Players that's been cut

Pretty much all of the old Epcot. I miss the edutainment aspect of World of Motion, Wonders of Life, Universe of Energy, etc. I don't like the new direction of Future World but I'll adjust.

If I had to pick just one I'd go Horizons.

At Busch Gardens, Rhino Rally only when it had the floating truck experience. It was fantastic!

Spaceship Earth is still open. I do miss the Jeremy Irons narration, though.

Tarzan Rocks was around when my sisters and I were teens. We were big fans of the flying wild man in a loincloth. 😉

For some true lovers of Epcot, gutting future world is almost like gutting Fantasyland

I must agree.

Hard one. Horizons and World of Motion at Epcot. The original Test Track and Figment and Listening to the Land when they had actual people in the boats instead of the now Living with Land.
Just about everything that closed at HS, especially those things that were around when it was MGM. Backlot tour (the original one), streets of America, stunt show, GMR (that one hurt a lot). I loved the old Hollywood theme it had before.
The original FWs at MK before they started projections, I'm height challenged and the projection shows are a waste for me as someone always gets in front of me. The gondolas in the sky at MK (yes I'm that old). The original bakery at MK, I'm not a Starbucks fan.
