My favs include:

Pirates of the Caribbean (which will be CLOSED in MAY! UGH! :sad2: )

Horizon's (I can still smell the oranges, and I always chose the water way back.... ;) )

And all-time fav is Carousel of Progress!!

aaaaaaaahhhh, it's all coming back to me now,

I always like the ride that was there before Test track... Was it "World of Motion"?

And I love the new Ellen spin on Universe of energy, but I miss getting to see the epcot globe getting assembled in the old show.

Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Snow White, Peter Pan only because of the memories of being a child. Space Mountain is my favorite coaster. I can't wait for December!!!! :cool1:  :woohoo: :rotfl2:

Pirates definitely. I kinda wish that they wouldn't change it..I love the original. But I'm also kinda looking forward to seeing Jack Sparrow and see what they've done to incorporate the movie.

Peter Pan, even though we never ride it b/c it's always really busy.

I've never been on Horizon's but from what I've heard, it sounded great. I wish I could've rode it once.

I would have to say COP and the WEDway people-mover (or the TTA) would be my top two fav oldie rides. I hope they do not close the COP--all they would have to do is keep up to date on the final scene, it is such a joyful ride :)

COP, POC, HM,TM,Sorain, TT, TT,RRC, D, and now EE.

Magic Kingdom...HM
Epcot....Imagination (the old ride, I believe that was what it was called...the one with Figment and the song, 2 tiny wings, eyes big and yellow, horns of a steer, what a lovable fellow, from head to tail, he's royal, purple pigment and there voila, you've got a figment!)

The old ride was "Journey into Imagination" then the newer one was "Journey into YOUR Imagination"...really creative work there :rolleyes2

Honestly I don't know the official name of the new new Imagination ride.

Favorite classic ride is Horizons

I love Its a Small World, of course I have not rode priates, HM, JC, or Dumbo, I cant wait until Aug. I will be taking advantage of EMH to ride everything (I Hope) :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

COP and IASM. I experienced them both at the 1964 World's Fair in NYC, and not again until 2003!!!!

I also enjoy POC and HM. Not much of a thrill rider here, so I like the tame ones!!!

Peter Pan - I love the flight over London. Always our first ride at MK. Horizons - a car that moves sideways! Superstar TV - I loved playing "Ethel".

I loved the ride that brings you through time in America. I don't remember if it's at MK or Epcot. I can't even remember what it's called. It starts with the 50's I think, and brings you into the future, with all the inventions they think we'll have then.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? Is it even still around? Am I crazy? That's been known to happen :rotfl:

You're talking about Carousel of Progress...

man I love that ride :smooth: :smooth:

I really miss Horizons, Dream Flight and the original to Journey Into Imagination. As far as stuff that is still there, I would have to go with HM, Spaceship Earth and Big Thunder Mountain.

Horizons was always my fav-----and it was the smell of the oranges that did it for me! I was thrilled when I went on Soarin' and they had the orange smell. That was the first thing my mom told me when it opened "it has your orange smell!!!"

Haunted Mansion for me, Pirates of the Caribbean for DH. DD is only 2.5, but she talks about Dumbo and Cinderella's Golden Carousel a lot.

I love CoP..."It's a great big beautiful tomorrow..." that song is now running through my head!! UGH!!! Love this thread though!!
