Favorite Christmas song??

My new favorite is: Christmas Canon by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra

It's on the "Heavenly Christmas" cd I just received from Amazon. There are 2 versions - one is rock and the other sounds like a boy's choir singing. Here's a link to the boy's choir version on Amazon - you can only download a few seconds of it, though:

I'm kind of partial to Marshmallow World by Dean Martin. Close second is Bing Crosby's White Christmas.

I love Little Drummer Boy by Bing Crosby and David Bowie. I think they are such an unlikely pair to sing a duet, but the song is really pretty.

I also love the boys choir version of Christmas Canon.

I love that version of Little Drummer Boy too! I wish they'd rerun some of those Crosby Family Christmas specials. My current favorite song is My Grown Up Christmas List by Amy Grant.

I can;t say I have a favorite but one that reminds me of my childhood is "Christmastime is Here" by the Peanuts gang. I hear that I can totally remember getting so excited when the Peanuts Christmas special came on and watching it with my brother and sister.

Have to say my favorite Christmas song is Oh holy Night by Billy Gilman an 11 (now hes 17) year old music prodigy.... he has the most amazing vocal range in this song and the last note always brings tears to my eyes..... sings this song better than anyone I have ever heard.... angels we have heard on high is a close second though.

As soon as I saw your post, I changed channels and found Charlie Brown We have this show on dvd - but, something about watching it as it is aired, makes it sooooo much better! I guess it's the commercials that make it so much better

I'm such a geek, but I love Mele Kalikemaka(sp) the hawaiian Christmas song by Bing Crosby and the Andrews sisters. Also anything by Dean Martin.

I dont know who sings this but Dominic the Donkey {which I havent heard yet this year} theres also a 12 days of Christmas song that has an Italian local boys theme to it. 5 pinky rings!! Not sure who sings this either.

I love the group Avalon. They are Christian pop. Their Christmas CD is on right now I could listen to that all year! Highly recomend it even if you're not into Christian music.
