Favorite CG waiter?

We had a horrible waitress when we dined at CG on DD's birthday in October of 05. The entire experience was so bad that I was looking for hidden cameras! I thought for sure we were on candid camera! Well last May we decided to try it again because we've always had excellent service in the past but again were disapointed. Not nearly as bad as the pervious time....just not good.

I want to dine there again but would like to request an excellent server. Any suggestions?

Try to get Billy. He is the greatest. Friendly, knows his wines and makes good suggestions from the days menu. We were disappointed he was off on our last visit.

I second the request for Billy. He is excellent and I agree his Wine Expertise is incredible.

Thank you, we will request Billy. Both three and four visits ago we had a gentleman server who was excellent. He really helped us with the wine selection and even brought us samples of new wines to try. He was very knowledgable, maybe it was Billy?
