Favorite Breakfast Buffet

DH always likes to eat at a breakfast buffet during our trips. What's your favorite? We've tried both Cape May & Tusker House. Both were very good. Looking to maybe try someplace new this trip though.

Boma!!!

Boma is excellent, but what a pain in the backside to get there early in the morning if not driving your own vehicle or using a cab or Uber. With that said my picks would be:

Character buffet: Crystal Palace before the park opens. A less crowded Main Street for pictures is nice, but I also think the food is pretty decent, The breakfast lasagna is to die for and I like that they have an omelet station.

Regular buffet: I stumbled upon The Wave our last trip. The buffet is excellent and by Disney pricing, it is a value. We liked it enough we ended up eating here twice for breakfast... A well kept secret indeed.

Ohana breakfast is one of our family favorites. It is served family style.

Trails End at Fort Wilderness is my favorite and a little more affordable than other places. I've also heard good things about Captains Grill at the Yacht Club, so I'm gonna try it next time.

We have eaten at every Breakfast buffet but every trip my DH request eating at O'hana Breakfast. He like the food and that they bring the food to you (all you care to eat).

Another vote for Ohana for breakfast... the food is not standout (I mean it is all basic stuff) but it is all very good and my child could live on mickey waffles, bacon and chocolate milk (hey it is vacation!)

For pure food alone, I have always been a huge fan of Boma as well. Yes pain to get to but I love the more interesting choices. If you loved Tusker House, you'll love Boma.

Food-wise, Boma, hands down. We always have our own vehicle so no hassle getting there, but it's worth the trip, regardless. When we go to Boma for breakfast, it's usually on our "down" day. We also like Crystal Palace (for the early park entry as well as the food/characters). Haven't been to 1900 in a LONG time, so can't really comment except to say we enjoyed it 15 years ago! We are not fans of Ohana breakfast. It's loud, crowded, and oftentimes it's hard to get your server to come to your table if you aren't seated in the "main" area. The food is also pretty mediocre.

AVOID Chef Mickey's if at all possible. It's so loud, and SUCH a mess. We have been a couple of times as the kids liked the interaction, but the food quality is low and, as I said, it's such a mess- food on the serving table, food on the floors, food all over the place at the cereal and dessert stations. UGH. It smelled like the garbage/dish room at the college cafeteria where I used to work. ICK.

Does Boma have sausage gravy & biscuits? I didn't see it listed but it's one of DH's favorites for some reason. I'm not a gravy person.

We love Tusker House and Crystal Palace. CP has the most delicious French Toast puffs - I'd go there for those alone!

Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club. They have both a buffet and a menu, and the buffet is excellent and inexpensive.

Boma, Crystal Palace and The Wave have really yummy buffets. I will give a nod to Whispering Canyon Cafe. Though it isn't a buffet, it has sausage gravy. All-You-Care-To-Enjoy Breakfast Platter - Scrambled Eggs, Western Home Fries, Bacon, Sausage, Waffles, Buttermilk Biscuits, and Sausage Gravy $16.99 per person

while its not techinally a buffet,i was super impressed with the new breakfast at garden grill! its family style all you care to enjoy and i loved every minute of it.
