Favorite birthday meals

Hello! Just curious what is everyone's favorite birthday meal/restaurant not in the parks? I'm going to be at WDW the day after Thanksgiving for my birthday through the following week staying at Poly/WL and am trying to decide which I'd like best. Ohana is a favorite of mine but am unsure with the recent poor reviews and menu change. I definitely enjoy a good steak so I've been thinking about Narcoossee's or Yachtsman. Thanks in advance for all of your input

I’d be happy to celebrate my birthday at Flying Fish, CG, Jaleo, or the sushi spread @ Morimoto Asia. Maybe even Sebastian‘s if they went back to an a la carte menu.
ETA: the man and DGD would be happiest as Boathouse.

Your answers are going to be all over the place based on food preferences. I would pick Shulas over Yachtsman for a good steak! For me right now I would probably pick Citricos for a birthday meal as the menu looks interesting and I haven't tried it since they have reopened! They aren't open right now, but Jiko is an amazing meal as well and I would love it for a birthday dinner.
