Favorite arrival day

*some* Saturday's there's a direct flight from our local airport to MCO--when it's an option we've learned to book it. We've had connecting flights on 3 trips: once we made it fine, once our connecting flight was delayed about 4 hours, and once we missed a connection (arrived at MCO 8 hours later than expected). I would so much rather pay more to fly direct and more for weekend resort rates than exhaust ourselves just getting to the World.

We usually arrive on Friday and leave the next Saturday

We arrive almost always on a Friday with either an Epcot evening or dinner at Downtown Disney/Disney Springs. Our schedule prevents us from choosing as DH works four 10 hour days, Monday-Thursday and we take off either 4 or 8 days of his work. We adjust by using most recommended parks for our first days and hopping.

We arrive on Sunday afternoon, relax and have dinner somewhere. Then park Monday-Thursday then off say Friday and then Sat-Sun at the parks before heading home.

We're pretty much limited to a 7 -8 day stay right now. We go Sat to Sat. The flights are cheaper than Sun (although not as much as weekdays). We could go Sat to Sun but we need a down day after.
