Favorate breakfast food!!

I am not a big breakfast fan but I always eat something other than breakfast food in the morning, for instance today I ate corn on the cobb and a salad. What is your favorate thing to eat in the morning.

I always eat 'normal' breakfast foods...yogurt during the week, my once a week "bagel with peanut butter" treat, or a nutragrain bar and eggs/english muffin on the weekends.

my favorite though...is a big honkin' blueberry muffin...that's my treat...never usually have them...so when I do - i splurge.

MMMMM...I love powder sugar on a lot of things!

Every once in a while I make Eggs Benedict for brunch..otherwise, I wait until 11 and eat lunch.

my favorite isn't listed either. nothing beats a biscuit with good sausage gravy. second would have to be an egg, wrapped with bacon, and baked with cocktail sauce.

Me too! I am not a fan of syrup , even the smell makes me ill!


Powdered sugar is best on funnel cakes though! Right, Jeff!

no, it's actually really good. you take a muffin pan and put about a tbsp of cocktail sauce in the bottom, then put a strip of bacon around the inside, and crack an egg into it. then bake it until the egg/bacon is done. it's awesome served on an english muffin half. my grandpa invented this recipe and it's really good. my family makes it for special occasions (like we usually have it xmas morning, and on mother's day and stuff like that).

CC freaked me out so much about the eggs and cocktail sauce, that I forgot my vote. I love a good/real bagel. We do not live in bagel country, unless you mean lenders! Love going to Cleveland and getting one with EVERYTHING!

i should clarify that it's not like i eat that every day. unless i'm on vacation i rarely have more than a glass of juice for breakfast.

DH is on Atkins due to diabetes, and my brain was trying to figure out if that was something I could fix him! Cocktail sauce prob. has too much sugar, but salsa might work, and how do you wrap the bacon around the egg, if you don't mind telling me!
