MK: In my mind, both Pecos Bill and Columbia Harbor House have a greasy fry smell about them - like they both need better ventolation. Cosmic Ray's is about as good as it gets in the park. This park is alittle weak on CS. There's decent hot dogs at Casey's if you are a dog eater, but that's about all they have there. the TNTerrace had an interesting menu, but it's only open seasonally now. Your best bet is probably to hop on the monorail and head to GF or Poly for lunch. Uless you have a late breakfst buffet booked.
MGM: Toy Story Pizza Planet is cute, but the pizzas Disney pizza. It's edible, but not great. The 'food court' area is about the worst (near ToT). the bst place to eat is the Studio Catering at the back of the park. They keep changing the menu, and they don't have aton of choices, but the food's always been pretty decent there.
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons, the Yakitori House or Tangierine Cafe
AK: My favorite used to be Tusker House, but it's going to be a buffet now. Didn't like Flametree at all. Pizzafari is okay. I used to also like the chicken dumpling cart, but that's gone now too.
DTD: Wolfgang Puck Express - by far! One of the better QS on property.
What we usually do is try to eat a good breakfast. Usually at the QS at our resort. If you eat good proteins and fresh fruit at breakfast, then you can skip lunch, esp on the DDP. Maybe have a snack or two somewhere without feeling guilty. (Ice cream is good.) Sometimes we split a lunch. Sometimes we go back to the resort and split an entree there before swimming or cleaning up for dinner. Then we have a big sit down dinner. If you go to buffet, or have a full mutli-course meal (DDP), you'll still feel a little full in the morning!
Though I admit, if we go to EMH, I'm in the habit of ending the night with a chocolate chip cookie fix!
