Just tapping into this wealth of knowledge to help me narrow down quick MK lunch options.

Where do you head for a bite at lunch? And will it satisfy both Mom and 6 year old DD?

Thanks!

I really like the Plaza restaurant at the end of main st.

both casey's corner--hot dogs and pecos bill--more selections would be a good choice. have you checked the menus at www.wdwig.com that might be helpful.

The Plaza Restaurant is my favorite as well but you may need a PS.
Second favorite - Columbia Harbor House in Liberty Square and another for quick and varied, I'd suggest Cosmic Ray's in Tomorrowland.

The lunching pad for a turkey leg, then to the bakery for a caramel apple.

Favorite sit down: Plaza restauarant on Main St.
Favorite counter service: Columbia Harbor House

If you mean quick as in no lines and we have to hurry to see something, do a FP etc. then I would also agree with with Columbia Harbor House. Our dss like the chicken strips and I like the salad and DH likes the soup bread bowl. I would say this is the most overlooked counter service restraunt in the MK. Its nautically themed and quick to the HM etc.

Our favorite quick stop for lunch is Casey's Corner. You just can't beat those hot dogs!

Our favorite is the Columbia Harbor House. The food isn't pricey and the atmosphere is a nice relaxing escape for a few moments of rest.

Plaza Restaurant for a quick sit-down meal - great sandwiches and salads.

Columbia Harbour House for a quick counter-service meal - great sandwiches, salads, and clam chowder in a bread bowl. Sit upstairs to beat the crowds. :)

Our #1 fave in MK is Pecos Bills in Frontierland - hot dogs for the children and chicken wraps, burgers (with a great toppings bar) or chicken salads for the adults. Our #2 fave is probably Columbia Harbor House - upstairs is a quieter spot to take your food. Cosmic Rays in Tomorrowland would be #3, but there are 3 separate food areas with different choices, and with our luck that usually means lining up a couple of times to satisfy everyone.

Thanks everybody!!! Helps narrow down the choices! I like the comments on the 'Harbor House' and quiet!

I am thinking of the Plaza around dinner time and then trying to snag a spot for SPECTRAMAGIC. Is a PS advised???

THANKS!!

On our last trip we went to Cosmic Rays, Pecos Bills and Columbia Harbour house. I liked the food at all three, but I liked the atmosphere best at Columbia Harbour house...Cosmic Rays is very hectic and it is a pain if one person wanted a sandwich and the other person wanted a burger. Pecos Bills was very good food with a great toppings bar, but we sat outside and it was attack of the birds! We were shooing them away the entire meal. I got pooped on even! Double yuk!

I like Cosmic Ray's and Pecos for quick bites.

#1 - Peco Bill's; my daughter and I usually split a meal. It works out to be a great deal!

The only other place we've eaten at is Cosmic Ray's, but I can't rate it #2 until I try some others. It looks like Columbia HH is a favorite. When will they change the line structure at Cosmit Ray's? I find it very guest-unfriendly.

We like the Tomorrowland Terrace, way back in the corner. Great personal pizzas and really yummy salads. Plus you can watch the castle show from the terrace seating. Just watch out for those birds! There is hardly ever a line here too, so it's quick and not crowded at all. Of course, i have to agree with Columbia Harbor House, no trip is complete w/o eating there (carrots instead of fries, please, lol):p
