Where is everyone getting their apps, which website?
From the Marketplace, right on the phone.

. I was looking for a website like Crackberry.com
. Thanks. I downloaded Weatherbug, Nook and the bar code scanner thing. I can't get my Outlook Calendar to snyc though-some setting on my computer is preventing the download and I can't figure out which one.

Where can i find mobile defense? I have looked for it on my marketplace and cant find it? i have a mytouch slide.
I have had my Droid for about 4-5 weeks now. I have the advance task killer installed, but still feel like my battery is dead within 24 hours, usually less. What else can I do to lengthen the battery life?
Thanks!
I have that same problem too
Deciding between the Droid X and Drioid 2. The main difference I see is the s had the keyboard and the X has a bigger screen...
All the main reviews I have seen show the battery life is an issue for everyone... I can't imagine charging my phone daily.. as it is I only do it every 5 or so days with my current phone
Loving all these app suggestions..
I was deciding between the same and the big screen won out. I LOVE the Droid X. I wasn't too sure about the touch screen keyboard but it is REALLY easy to use-easier then a real keyboard if you ask me. It also gives word suggestions as you type so you can just click on that word to save time too.
My battery life is pretty good so far. I did notice it drained quickly today but then noticed that a website on the browser was "searching' after I thought I turned it off-it was working in the background. I haven't found a way to turn off the browser after I use it yet. I got my phone on Tuesday, charged it up then, just needed to recharge it this afternoon (and probably wouldn't have needed to do that if that browser wasn't working for a couple hours without me knowing).
If you find a way to turn it off, let me know!

I will show this thread to my son. He just got the droid epic today. At first he said he wanted the evo so I finally got my hands on one of those then as soon as the order was in he said he wanted the epic. His other phone died 2 weeks ago so we just got the cheapest one we could get at sprint while waiting on a droid. I hope sprint doesn't give me any crap about returning it. And with buying the evo and the other cheap one using my discount I had to pay full price for the epic so I am hoping they credit me back that. HOLY CRAP those phones are expensive. I wouldn't pay that for one for me thats for sure but my son is a good kid that rarely asks for anything. So I willl subscribe to this thread and then if I can ever afford it after the cost of the phone I will get him some apps. I still don't get what the big deal is about these phones though.
