Has anyone used one of these in the DVC villas and, if so, is there one model that fits the faucet at OKW better than others?

Thanks!

Wouldn't it be easier to use a Brita (or similar) pitcher type filter?

Yes, but I presume this is smaller and might fit better into a suitcase, or possibly, an Owners Locker at the end of our trip! Had to leave the pitcher behind after our last trip, so I'm just looking at alternatives. :)

If you are getting an Owners Locker to store your items anyway, I think I'd go with the pitcher type system. Otherwise, the faucet type should come with several adapter to fit almost any faucet style. The do install pretty easily, but you may need a pliers or something to loosen and replace the aerator on the faucet.

We've used a faucet filter system on several trips and it is easier to pack than a pitcher. However, we have also found a difference in the threads on the faucets between BWV, BCV and WLV. The primary problem has been a very short thread on some of the faucets (BWV especially). Most faucet filters come with adapters as Chuck mentioned. Beware the short threads! The filter will go on but it takes some finagling to get it one there.
