Father of missing Oregon boy files for Divorce

Has anyone else been following this story? Apparently the step-mom was the last one to have seen the boy and now that he has been missing for over 3 weeks files for divorce.

The police say that she is not a suspect or a person of interest. However, her own father said it was 50/50 as to whether or not she was going to be arrested.

Does the father know something we don't, was their marriage rocky and heading towards divorce before his son went missing, was the stress of all this to much and they can't stay together any longer? The timing is odd.

I've had a bad feeling about the stepmom from day one...
doesn't mean this brought on the divorce filing, but I am concerned she had something to do with his disappearance...

I didn't see that one, but that is probably because it was 3 weeks old and I didn't go back that far. Unfortunately, search doesn't always work that great.
