Hi

Going to Disney mid-August and have read that Fastpasses sometimes run out by early afternoon. Don't want to trudge across a park in the heat only to get to a ride to find a long standby queue and no more FPs.

Is there anyway to find out whether the FPs have gone for the day other than actually visiting an attraction (something like on a Tip board)?

In your experience for which rides is this a real problem and how early in the day do they all go?

Any help much appreciated.

The only place I have seen something like that is at Epcot.

Here are the ones we have seen run out, but never before midafternoon: Rockin Rollercoaster, Peter Pan, Soarin', and Test Track. SO just make a point of hitting those early in your day.

Hi myhat. It happens frequently, especially during peak seasons. Test Track, Everest, Soarin'....the big, popular rides....are most likely to run out of FP's, sometimes as early as 11am-noon. During slower seasons they still run out, but usually a bit later in the day.

You can ask a CM at any attraction if they can check to see if another attraction has run out, but be prepared for a wait while they check. We asked about Test Track at Soarin' once and it took nearly 15 minutes to get an answer. I think it was a gentle nudge to try to get us to walk across the park. Your milage may vary. ;)

can others verify they are gone by noon???

We were there the last week of June, and in our experience, Everest FP's were gone by 1:00 and Soarin' by 2:00. That was on non-EMH days. Hope that helps ~

The fastpasses for the most popular attractions (EE, Soarin, ect and on a hot day Splash Mountain) can be all gone by 12-1 pm. So I suggest getting to those ASAP if you want a fastpass.
