Where is the fastpass to use the Fastpass+ kiosk. Seriously 30 min. plus wait for a kiosk is ridiculous.

What park are you at? At mk go to the storybook circus kiosk- at Epcot go to the international gateway entrance- no lines today when we walked by them

According to Josh at easywdw about a week ago, there were 10 FP kiosks in MK. It seems unlikely or crazy that only 2 would be functional, no matter how uncrowded it was. Did you see some of the other ones covered over or what? (And people this is a legitimate question, not skepticism regarding the OPs report. This is the first I have heard anyone saying anything like this.)

I agree. People need to be cautious when taking anecdotal accounts as de facto truth

We went to the storybook circus one. Only two kiosks were open today.

I wonder why that is? You'd think they'd have most or all of them open on a Saturday.

I was at MK on Wed. 1/22. I'd pre-booked my FP+, so I wasn't actively looking for kiosks. I know I walked by at least 4, and I never even entered the circus area.

Surely they'd have as many open on a Saturday as a Wednesday! I suspect they get more locals visiting on the weekend than during the week.

That is a little ridiculous. I would find another one.

But you shouldn't have to. Know what I mean? They should know that's a busy area and put more stations in that area. I hope they are gathering that data as part of their testing.

With this new system you shouldn't have to wait for more than 5 minutes at a kiosk IMO.

Perhaps this poster meant only two of the ones at SB?

The kiosk location list would be even more useful if each location included number of kiosks. That would be a great indicator of how much capacity each kiosk location has. Probably sill too early in the game for that dust to settle yet.

Ah, yes, could be. I didn't think of that interpretation. If that is the case, I restate my "go to a different kiosk LOCATION" advice.

Also, Josh mentioned at least 3-4 other locations that are being built now and that you can also use any CM with an iPad anywhere in the park.

I was just there Wed and Thurs last week. There were CM's, with iPads, at many of the 'old FP' distribution areas. And they weren't crowded. The vast majority of the guests had MBs on and weren't using these kiosks, and none seemed to have any issues.
No long lines anywhere... Not at attractions or at FP kiosks. Sorry the OP had such a unique experience.

Today at Epcot we waited about 20 minutes in line for kiosk. I also had read EasyWDW and there were some places he listed kiosks that had none.
The technology worked fine for us except when the CM tried to scan our cards to select FP+ it wouldn't work for her. Had FP+ for rides everyone else was walking on so didn't need them except for Test Track. My son loves TT and was very upset when I told him he could only ride it once. Not waiting in 80 minute line. the limits stink!
