I have a question about fasspass. Can we get a fasspass to Splash Mountain and then we wait until after our given time and we can get another fastpass to Pirates and then wait to use BOTH fasspasses until the evening?

POTC does not have FP anymore, but if it did the answer would be yes. There is a one-hour return time on the FP, and DLR does not enforce the end of the one-hour window.

When we went last month, we got FPs for Space MT, with a return time of 9:30 AM. We didn't use t hem until after dinner. No problem.
